The delivery will approximately take 2 to 4 weeks (depending on the location). Quicker to the US (10-14 days), Canada, and Australia.
Here is the standard process: - You will first receive a confirmation e-mail stating that your order has been registered and will be processed within two business days. - Once your order is sent, you will be informed by e-mail. - And finally, we will track your order all the way to your doorstep and will send e-mail updates at each step.We do our best to deliver your order in time, but sometimes, factors beyond our control may cause delay such as: weather conditions, sales period, new collection launch...

IMPORTANT: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the importer country. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Little Flair order and/or shipping total. Little Flair is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
When several items are order at once, we sometimes have to ship them into different packages if they don’t all fit in the same one. Some of our products are stocked in different locations, which means your items are most likely to be delivered at different times.

All of the orders are shipped from our partners’ warehouses which are mostly based in China and France. This allows us to minimize very high cost storage costs, and therefore provide our customers with the best prices.
In the event that the carrier confirms delivery but you have not received the package, Little Flair is not responsible for the non-receipt of your order. We invite you to contact the local post to explain the situation.
Please note that in some cases, customs may delay the delivery of your order.
All orders are processed in US Dollars. While the content of your cart was displayed in your selected currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate. Do not worry if your bank account is not in USD, you can still proceed with the payment and your bank will automatically convert your currency into USD.
First check that your card's expiry date has not expired. If your bank transaction is declined, it may be an excess of the authorized limit. To ensure this, we invite you to contact your bank to check the amount of this limit. You can retry with your PayPal account.
We want to minimize our impact on the environment and our carbon print, and we know that packaging will end up straight in the trash bin. So do not mind the very simple packaging, this is our gift to our beautiful Earth.
If you receive an incorrect/damaged item or are missing one, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail, with photos of the damaged item, and we will solve the issue as soon as possible. We have 24/7 e-mail support and an excellent after-sales service.
Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that we only offer the exchange if items are defective or damaged. Otherwise, we will only proceed to refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
