Refund Policy


Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.

Except for the Covid-19 related products because of heath reasons (Little Flair won't process any refund for the products in the Covid-19 collection such as 3D Breath Support, Face Straw Mask, Foldable Mask Case...).

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we only offer the exchange if items are defective or damaged.

Otherwise, we only proceed to refund.

How to return your items?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Please send an email to with:

-Your order number

-The reason why you want a refund  

-The item that you want a refund for

-For exchange only: photos showing proof of the defective/damaged item

We will then get back to you as soon as possible with the address information to send back your items to get a refund. 


Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured.

Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note:

- Little Flair is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit for refund or exchange.  

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


We will email you once your package is received and processed.

How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.

We will email you once it is received and once it is processed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with photos showing the kind of damage.
